A plan written for one person
Exercises with sets, reps, load and rest, ordered for the day you are actually training. Every movement carries its own demonstration.
İsoClub · Baku, Azerbaijan
The first trainer-supervised fitness app in Azerbaijan
İsoClub is a closed coaching platform. A trainer writes your workout and your nutrition plan by hand, then follows them with you day by day. It is not a gym-booking subscription and not a directory of personal trainers — the two kinds of fitness app Azerbaijan already had.
Nutrition with numbers, not advice
A daily calorie and macro target calculated from your own survey, then filled with real meals at weighed portions — with preparation steps.
Progress you can see
Weight, measurements and photographs over time, with the charts your coach reads before changing anything.
Questions
- Is there a fitness app in Azerbaijan with a real trainer behind it?
- Yes. İsoClub is the first trainer-supervised fitness app in Azerbaijan. What existed before were gym-pass subscriptions and trainer directories — useful, but they end at the door of the gym. In İsoClub a coach writes each member's training and nutrition plan personally, sees what was completed, and adjusts it.
- How is this different from a gym app?
- A gym app books a visit. İsoClub carries the work: the exercises for today with sets, reps and rest, the meals for today with weighed portions, the measurements over time, and a direct line to the coach when something does not fit.
- Where do the nutrition numbers come from?
- From the member's own intake survey. Energy is estimated with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and an activity factor inside the FAO/WHO/UNU bands; protein follows the ISSN position stand; fat, carbohydrate and fibre stay inside the Institute of Medicine ranges. The coach reviews every plan before a member sees it.
- Which languages does it work in?
- Azerbaijani, Russian and English, switchable at any time.
- Can anyone join?
- No. İsoClub is a closed platform. You apply for membership and the coach reviews the application; accounts are confirmed individually.
